It's often said 'By far any company's most valuable asset is its personnel'. Shoot You allow companies to use video in all areas of HR for example recruitment, induction, training, development and customer relations.
As a medium, online video offers an unprecedented way through which key information can be consistently communicated to employees both nationally and internationally. It also offers ways in which employees can feedback information to senior management ensuring that knowledge within all echelons of the organisation company is located and conveyed.
Video is a cost effective way to communicate the corporate ethos of a company to the outside world for example to demonstrate their heritage or corporate social responsibility. Video be produced to outline policy and clearly demonstrate compliance with legal requirements for example around equal opportunities.
Animation can be used to imaginatively demonstrate the 'do and don'ts' of particular procedures. Webcasts, or interactive DVD's can be produced to ensure information is rolled out simultaneously throughout an organisation.
For the past decade Shoot You have worked within HR, producing video for a wide variety of applications. We enjoy key supplier status with 'The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development', 'Aon Insurance' and 'Procter and Gamble'. As such we can bring a wealth of experience to new projects, if you would like to discuss how video is used as part of your HR then please get in touch.
