Using motion graphics we produced over one hundred videos, in five different languages, for Barclays Global Investment. We then quickly re- branded all of the videos, in all languages, when BGI was sold to Blackwater in Dec 2009.

It's often quite difficult to describe a complex process or service because they are quite esoteric. Motion graphics are a very powerful way of describing, for example events too huge (e.g. global) or too small to be easily illustrated (e.g. microscopic).
The degree to which client's use graphics varies widely from producing a simple animated logo, titles and themed bullet points to much more sophisticated 2D animations that highlight and reinforce key messages.
Text and numbers can both be animated and included alongside your video. Text can fly in whilst a presenter is talking to emphasise key points; text can also be used to provide powerful testimonial quotes. Animated numbers will clearly demonstrate your key metrics such as quarterly profits or sales figures. Of course both animated text and numbers can be used in conjunction with animated graphs and charts all of which can be branded to your corporate colours.
One excellent way of portraying multiple events happening simultaneously is picture in picture. Frequently used by TV shows such as '24' picture in picture allows the video to communicate e.g. a variety of things a busy mother does in one day. Or a series of events which happen to the entire family at the same time. Picture in picture can also be used as part of a powerful montage for an intro or outro the video perhaps prior to a call to action.
