Pioneered by the likes of the galloping gourmet (Graham Kerr) and Fannie Craddock, the most famous hosts of 'cook along' hosts today are probably Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsey. 'Cook along video's' are a superb way to demonstrate the creative use of ingredients and cooking techniques.
But the costs associated with producing these videos can be tremendous. The key challenge is to get the food preparation area as far away as possible from the set so there is no noisy disturbance. Usually this means going into a TV studio, as very few private homes combine two suitable kitchen areas within which to prep the food and film.

We can supply the beautiful kitchen in the photographs below as a set. It's a London based private home and as you can see from the dimension plan it's easily large enough to enable two cameras, track, a jib and an autocue to work very easily. It has a breakfast island with gas hobs so the presenter can comfortably work to camera whilst cooking. The owner of the house is more than happy to let you dress the set in any way you wish.
But here's the best bit. Just four doors up the road is a second house which has a second large kitchen with all the space and cooking facilities which might be required to prepare food for use on the set. Again, the owners are very relaxed about their property being used.
